Great beds, linens, and towels.

The “wow” experience was service. I’d highlight two aspects: (1) Shortly after I arrived, I received an email asking how the stay was “so far.” I responded positively, with one aspect of constructive feedback. Within minutes, one of the team was at my door with a great solution. I’ve never seen that before.

(2) Valet and parking for electric vehicle was outstanding. The valet took care of everything and car was fully changed in the morning. I’ll return for sure.
