Special Forces Group 2 is a first-person action game that's openly inspired by the legendary Counter-Strike 1.6. It offers a game experience that's very similar to the legendary game from Valve, but from the comfort of an Android device and with a control system that's perfectly adapted to touchscreens. The controls in Special Forces Group 2 are very user-friendly. The D-pad is located on the left side of the screen, and the buttons to aim, jump, and reload are to the right.
To shoot, all you've got to do is put the sight of your scope over the enemy. In terms of game modes, Special Forces Group 2 really delivers. It's not just that you can play the classic Team Deathmatch either alone (with bots) or online (with other people) – you can also enjoy the many additional game modes. There's a zombie mode, capture the flag, and much more.Another strength of Special Forces Group 2 is that it has all the same weapons as the original Counter-Strike – and way more. And unlike lots of similar games, they're all unlocked from the get-go.
Yep, from the very beginning, you can use different kinds of shotguns, sniper rifles, pistols, and machine guns.Special Forces Group 2 is one of the best FPS games to be found on Android. It may not have the world's best graphics or most original premise (in fact a lot of the settings look basically identical to the ones from Counter-Strike), but it does boast a solid game system that's highly entertaining.By Beatriz Escalante.
The world's heros who are ready to do the hardest missions. The Top Ten Most Well Trained Special Forces On Earth
1British SASFact - Nearly ALL the worlds Special Forces base their military model on the British SAS. In fact, the USA's Delta Force was set up after the founder spent time attached to the SAS. The Delta Forces even uses an SAS organisational structure using troops and squadrons. It's often remarked that the sand beret is also worn by US Rangers but this was a recent development and in any case the Rangers are NOT the same kind of unit. It can be said with confidence that the world's most professional special forces is that belonging to Britain.
The Special Air Service is the number one fighting force in the world it is trained to perform equally well in all the fields listed for the SEALs, but is also trained by MI-5 and MI-6 for in-depth counter-espionage, more so than the SEALs. Physical competency must be of equal stature to the SEALs, to the degree that both special forces work closely together when necessary (Iraq and Afghanistan) and have good camaraderie.
The original special forces, all others are based off them. Should definitely be above the SEAL's.
SAS are the most highly trained unit in the world, there is no doubt about this. They were created by Colonel David Sterling during world war 2 for 1 purpose to destroy the Nazi war machine. All special forces base their training off the SAS training. I'm not putting down any of the other special forces because they are all great units (and yes the SEALS did kill the most wanted) but during the war in 15 months the SAS destroyed over 250 aircraft, dozens of supply dumps, wrecked railways and telecommunications and put hundreds of Nazi vehicles out of action and also killed a massive number of enemy soldiers. And lets not the Iranian Embassey siege in 1980 when the SAS proved to the world how good they were, there was a massive demand from foreign governments for the expertise of the SAS that they wanted for their special forces. There is plenty of evidence to support that the SAS are the best. I served in the British Army and I can honestly say that a number of soldiers from the ..more
2Navy SEALsThe Navy SEaLs are the best the United States has to offer. They life is revolves around training. They are one of the best in physical capabilities after the Spetsnaz. They are a breed of super solider with the SAS, spetsnaz.
The SEALS are the best in the world today. Arguing physical, mental, and emotional training is moot because all special ops units are elite in those categories. However, the SEALS have advantages over others with the unparalleled US military budget, which provides them with training in every geographical & climate scenario. The US has been active in wars around the globe since the Cold War, providing the SEALS with actual battlefield experience and proven results; whereas most other units have belong to nations who have not been at war for many years. At the end of the day, the SEALS blow past the competition because of their incredibly advanced technology and endless firepower. Upon completion of duty, former SEALS are the most hired consultants by other nations to oversee training for their respective units than any other special ops organization.
We have the history and experience to back it up. Plus the best training in every weather and geography and access to advanced technology man has to offer. Also we are constantly in hostile situations and are combat ready and are active to this day. can't say the same for some of these other spec-ops forces. Most other nations are limited to small defense budgets and lack of diverse terrain in training situations and conditioning. Also where are the experience of actual combat or credentials gained? Actions speak louder than words..
Yes actions speak louder than words.. That's why SAS wins.. Original.. Still the best
Training, technology and experience make them the best of the best. While they may have been modeled after others, they have risen to the top. Their former members train the Special Forces of allied countries now.
3Indian MARCOSIndian MARCOS are one of the best forces present in the world, HALO and HAHO trained, Equipped with best Assault Rifles, Sniper Rifles and real-time war Equipments required. These guys are emotionally very trained and highly motivated when it comes to defending their own country. The rejection rate during the selection is as high as 98%, that's why India has only 2000 marine commandos. Sooner or Later this special group will be on TOP and very soon the death of Pakistan (A terrorist promoting country) will be delivered by the hands of MARCOS.
See, Indian special forces/MARCOS- they are the one who are prepared keeping in view the worst ever situation. So they are the best.
Secondly, unfortunately we as India have no. Of bad experieneces as terrorism, warfronts, hill terrain warfare, sea front war etc.. But the good is that we are more familiar with the things, so we know better than any one how to face the situations, thus they are trained keeping in view all the things.
Thirdly India is a land of different terrain ( almost all sorts are available here), so they are trained in different terrains.
Last but not least, you can come out with a strategy for a mind driven person, some powerful enemy but for an emotionally driven with the fire of enthusiasm & love for the country. You can't stop them.
The Indian MARCOS is one of the most powerful special forces on the planet. They defeat the Navy Seals in terms of physical and mental traing. In fact the only edge the Seals have over MARCOS is technology. But, by 2020 when India becomes a superpower, the MARCOS will be the most powerful special force in the world.
A MARCO was sent to the US to train with the SEAL team as an exchange programme. The MARCO (not named here) topped the course. However, if given a chance, he chooses to repeat the training imparted by the US Navy SEALs as it was much easier when compared to the brutal hard training done by the Indian MARine COmmandoS.
4Pakistan Special Service Group (SSG)Very brave and Courageous. A Russian president once said that if he had Pakistan's army and Russian weapons he could conquer all the world because they are very brave.
Actually, it was hitter that said 'if I had German strategy, American weapons and Egyptian soldiers, I would have conquered the world' you dumb fool lol
The ssg had only 100 me in the battle of the hill in afganistan in which they posed as mujahideen and attacked the Russian regiments of spetsnaz there. They won the battle although the enemy had the elevation o there posts and superior numbers to there side. In another case only 100 ssgs cleared 3 towns in swat district from 2000 taliban in a matter of 2 days!
It is not the weapon they hold, it's the men behind it that matters. No matter how the west view them, simply because word MUSLIM attached to their identity. I wonder if they know, that exact word is their strength. It is impossible to separate the two.
The Special Services Group (SSG) is a special operations force of the Pakistan Army. It is quite similar to the U.S. Army's Special Forces and the British Army's SAS. They are considered to be one of the highly trained special forces in the world. At the moment they have the 3rd hardest training in the world. Special services group (SSG) officers must have at least five years of prior military experience. The SSG course emphasizes physical conditioning, including a 36-mile march in 12 hours and a five mile run in 45 minutes with full gear. Only about 5% recruits make it through to the Pakistan SSG due to the very tough training course. All together the Pakistan army has 1,275,000 troops and the Special services group (SSG) is only around 2000. A 'Combat Diver' badge is awarded for the course held by the Naval Special Services Group SSGN. Three classes of combat swimmers are recognized: 1st class to those completing an 18-mile swim, 2nd class to those completing a 15-mile swim, and 3rd ..more - aaak
5U.S Green BeretsBest of the best of the best. Marines and SEALs mission impossible are the Green Berets childs play.
Green Beret train longer than Rangers
Like to an earlier comment. The short story is they do it all physical, mental, and by themselves. That is the what, where & how they are the best of the best.
Rangers and SEALs will ever be as good as the Green Beret. True, Rangers are ready to go on a dime but so are airborne units and pretty much every other special ops unit in the military, it's not hard to kick in doors etc etc. Direct action unit's like Rangers and SEALs are elite but Green Beret can not only do everything they can, but one of the biggest things is the fact that they can go into another country and topple it from the inside without help of conventional Forces. Overall say what you will but Breen Beret are the best there are.
6Shayetet 13Shayetet 13 is among the best special forces around. Highly active in recent years, high quality people.
Shayetet 13 is more similar to the seals than delta force after they are 'the Israeli navy seals', I think they deserve a spot in the top 5 for sure.. Some of the units here were trained by men that came from the Israeli special forces like the Indians and the polish GROM for example
They are smart using many tactics, Brain work teamwork Working with Seal team, In my opinion top 2in the world.
The #1 special force in Israel and in Asia, similar to The Delta Force, and supremely well trained
7Russian SpetsnazSpetsnaz training would be illegal in the US or other Western nations. They are constantly out fighting and are practically invincible to any kind of punishment. Not to mention the fact that they have some of the best weapons on earth, like the AK-74m.
Survive the most brutal training, some of the training that they have to go through is not even allowed in the US. And it is SPETSNAZ not spetnaz
Spetsnaz are the most trained soliders in the world. There almost impossible to crack in interrogation and are taught not ignore pain but to enjoy it.
How tf Russians lower, than Americans?
Russian Alpha beat American delta Denis Lane in a box fight
Spetsnaz should be in top 3
I think most of these lists are heavily influenced by Hollywood on other media. When looking at a true all-around soldier, look no further than Delta Force. There may be other selections that are tougher but that doesn't make you the most effective warrior. You won't find any better shooters than these guys other than maybe US Secret Service.
Its Delta Force period. Delta Force pulls members from all branches of the U.S. military. Delta Force combat diver training is as hard as seal team 6 training. The vast majority of their missions you will just never hear of.
Come on delta Force operators are the most elite spec ops operators
Best and one of the most secretive forces in the US. Modeled after the British 22 Special Air Service Regiment, or SAS. The founder/co-founder of SFOD-D was a former SAS operative who thought the US needed an elite force like the SAS.
9Polish GROMPolish GROM is in the same league as British SAS, US Navy Seals and Delta Force. It has been created and trained based on the same principles and standards as them. In my opinion, GROM should be within the world's top 4 special units. Just ask the British and the Americans who carried out quite a few special operations with GROM, they will tell you what GROM is worth.
GROM should be placed on 4-6th place. For sure ask British or U.S. soldiers.
Actually grom worked with seals many times and even seals learned some training methods from them, they're either equal or better than seals, the only special forces that are better is in my opinion sas
I believe that GROM is one of the best special force units in the world. It is true they cooperate with SAS, Seals and I think with Delta Force as well. Their selection is insane even for special forces and they are cold minded, ultra though and devoted soldiers. They are well founded and what is most important very active unit with constant battle experience.
10U.S RangersRanger Regiment is working at a consistently higher level than nearly any other operational unit on the planet. There are a only a handful of tier 1 assets across the globe that can boast an equal operational tempo, higher rate of success, or more difficult training cycle than the Regiment. No other unit is harder to stay in than Regiment. Others may be harder to get to, but none are as difficult to remain within due to the nature of the training and constant deployment schedule. The Regiment of 'Black Hawk Down' is unrecognizable in terms of the type of mission sets the Regiment is performing today. If people knew just what the Regiment really did today, I think you'd find them well within the top 5 on this and any other list around.
I served as an Airborne, Air Assault, Ranger. I'm Pathfinder qualified as well as completing SERE training. I respect all the highly trained special units mentioned in this article (well maybe not Spetsnaz). I think the Seals are getting all the attention because they like to be in the spotlight. The Marine statement below is just foolish and not worthy of a reply, enough said on that. I don't think people realize that Rangers stay ready to deploy every minute of every day. We should be higher on this list because we are always on the go. We go anywhere anytime on every type of mission with no notice. We don't (can't) talk about the things we do. We just do and then get ready to hit the tarmac again. People would not believe the places I've been deployed throughout my career. Truly 'RANGERS LEAD THE WAY'
In what way are the green berets better then the rangers? There mission is unconventional warfare, the rangers mission is direct action (seek and destroy). And as far as training is concerned for rangers it's about maintaining those high standards that are expected of them, you earn your scroll every day. And oh by the way 75 percent of delta force operators come from the 75th ranger regiment. RANGERS LEAD THE WAY!
As an airborne Ranger myself, I commend all operators at this level. I have strong preference for U.S. special forces. I have two brothers, one is force recon, the other is a Seal. We all look with a special reverence to our uncle who is SAS. So that being said, with the exception of Spetsnaz all others pale in comparison!
The Contenders
11Special Boat Service (SBS)The SBS is the most highly trained and quietest of all British special forces. They complete the same selection and training as SAS but are not 'badged' until they have completed more extensive and rigorous SBS training.
Contrary to some opinion here, they are not 'part of the SAS'. They are part of the Royal Marines.
Americans seem to believe the Seals are the best having pulled off one good mission. The SBS have been doing it for years but without telling anyone.
Special Boat Service the equivalent to the Navy Seals but because they are the sister regiment to the SAS with the same sort of training apart from being marine based is BETTER than the Navy Seals Just like the SAS.
Sbs are less known than sas and they specialise in different things but are just as good as the sas they should also be number one!
Come on look at the SBS selection and training 'By Strength and Guile'. They have to complete the SAS training then a further 4 weeks SBS training before being badged. Part of the Royal Marines who undergo one of the longest and toughest military training in the world to become a general Royal Marine Comando. Per mare per terram.
In conclusion: it is impossible to rank the best Special Forces in the world and should not be attempted. They all should be given our Greatest respect for the job they do, silently and without seeking recognition, fame or fortune.
Just look at the outcomes in the wars that little Israel has been involved in. The facts defy study as the results are impossibly good. Mossad are the top of the top.
The Mossad are the best agency in the world, an agency that often bested bigger agencies like mi6 and the CIA. The Mossad are the agency that found out that Iran was making nuclear bombs.
I think Israel is best in army
The mossad is so secret that even they don't know what they are doing, but I think they are working with a high technology and shlould be in the top 5
13Turkish Special Forces CommandMost winner of the special forces competition
Turkish Special Forces 2006 Won the Special Forces competition became 1st.
Operation in Iraq Turkish Special Forces (Maroon berets) Entered Iraq first with 24 men and killed 400-500 PKK
They are the number one in the world
As a ParaCommando myself based In Belgium, I highly respect the Maroon Berets of the Turkish Special Forces Command. They have been in war since the beginning of it's root. Let's not forget, These elites are the ones who will save their home country against anything who stands in their way, and by that I mean, the British SAS, NAVY SEALS, etc.
They know war better than any of us.
And indeed they are highly secretive, not be messed with and also, not be measured with.
One kopassus equals with 5 soldiers when we talk about bare hands combat
Kopassus will always win in the forest, they use old weapons and still beat the Navy SEALs with all their bull hightech stuff, in my opinion the Kopassus is the number 1 in the world, and if you would give them the resources and high tech stuff like the American and the British special forces have they would be 10 times better.
They are not depends on high technology on the war.
With its headquarters in Cijantung, East Jakarta, KOPASSUS is considered to be an elite force that has traditionally emphasized its small size and its quick-strike potential. It has been involved in numerous military actions in response to internal Indonesian unrest. KOPASSUS units were involved in 1981 in freeing the hostages from the 'Woyla, ' the Garuda Airline plane hijacked by followers of Imran, leader of an Islamic splinter movement in West Java. Imran forced the plane to land at the Don Muang Airport in Thailand. KOPASSUS troops to Thailand and brilliantly overwhelmed the hijackers. Around 90 troops from KOPASSUS were dispatched to Irian Jaya when a rebel group took hostages there have left the province without rescuing the remaining captives in 1996. KOPASSUS members climbed Mount Everest in 1997.
15United States Marine Corps. ANGLICOThe marines specialize in hand to hand spatial operations combat.
Marines are americas backbone in the military we lose the we lose america
They are the most highly trained force in the world. They have a longer boot camp then any of the other 3 branches in the United States military. They are groomed in many different kinds of Martal-Arts. I would put a United States Marine Sargent against a navy seal any day of the week. They were the first to respond to the call in the pacific after Pearl Harbor. Marines are who you send in when the army just won't cut it. Born in 1775 they are the smallest but the most well trained warriors on the earth.
Better than many of the ones that are rated above them
16Australian SASRegimented and trained originally on the British model and too the casual observer is just a smaller version
In actual fact is not much smaller in actual personnel and takes up a considerable slice of the Australian military budget
H become much more entwined with US special forces command since the Vietnam War as the US has a lot more shared interests in operational theater with Australia than Britian ever will
With three regiments scattered in different parts of this vast continent, a well funded war chest and access too the latest US weapons platforms its not a force too be taken lightly
An exchange tour as guests of their antipododial offshoot is a must do for any Brit SAS member who has been 'in' for a few year what with three regiments scattered in different parts of this most diverse continent that encompasses all climatic and geographical conditions, a huge war chest, some of the most experienced and continually active personnel in the world and ..more
Aus SAS operations from Vietnam to Afghanistan speak for themselves. This force is highly regarded by British and US special forces commanders and regularly trains side by side. The Aus SAS selection is considered by many to be the toughest on the planet as it is basically the same as the British selection but in more rugged, hostile and very hot conditions. In the absence of a Marine Corps, the Aus SAS also train like the British SBS or US navy Seals. It staggers belief that they are not listed here in the top 3 to 5, as they have been by Military experts in other more investigated or official almanacs. Perhaps because most of the opinions come from countries with much larger populations and patriotic bias.
These guys have the best reputation in the global scene, first they save a group of navy seals in Afghanistan, second in the same operation they infiltrate an area that British SAS, Delta Force, SEALs and any other unit couldn't get any where near, and finally during the Vietnam war they were called the phantoms of the jungle because they were so deadly
The Australian SAS are trained to an exceptionally high level both physically and mentally. They are the most head strong team in the world and the percentage of gaining access into the regiment is under 8%. They are just as good if not better than the british SAS and in my opinion better than the Navy Seals. They are trained to be both experts in water and air services and not just specialise in one certain aspect but to be just as good as a specifically trained team in the water and the air.
1711th Air Mobile Brigade (Air Assault)elite unit for air assault, even though they are 'normal' infantry for the netherlands. internationally they are counted as elite troops
Good bunch of fighters. Well trained and well disciplined.
Did a lot hard combat fighting in Afghanistan and Irak.
18United States Air Force PararescueThey have to be able to rescue any soldier on the planet regardless of the situation, and they have premiere medical training that others on this list lack. I notice Navy SEAL's are number one. PJ's have to go through more training and be able to save a SEAL anywhere on Earth, whether it be a mountain, Ocean, or 200 miles behind enemy lines.
Top tier 'Superman' training that even the other special forces operators respect. Air, sea, jungle, sand..they're in it killing bad guys, usually behind enemy lines, and with a primary mission to save your ass at the same time no matter who you are, how well you were trained, or what the attrition from your program. If you've needed them, you know this, and how happy you were to see them coming. The fact that they are trained as equals, treat other operators as equals, and do their job SELFLESSLY for Army, Navy, Marine, fellow Air Force, or foreign friendly alike, makes them number one in my book.
These guys have saved the lives of thousands, whether they be victims of natural disaster, downed airmen, fallen soldiers, and wounded civilians. They have rescued people from the British Army, Afghani ANA, Coalition troops, and more going all the way back to Vietnam. These guys are what Navy SEALs and SAS members would be if they went to med school.
Highest attrition rate in the world.
19Egyptian Sa'ka ForcesAl-Sa'ka forces undergo the hardest training and the most rigorous in the Egyptian Army as Al-Sa'ka must be trained to deal with the most difficult situations and the hardest missions under any circumstance. The officers are picked by the Trainers and checked before the Training plan. Al-Sa'ka Training plan consists of 4 parts and lasts for 34 weeks.
The Hell Week Edit
The 'hell week' is the hardest and most dangerous week in Al-Sa'ka training program. Not a lot of information is available on the hell week but it is known for being the most brutal training sequence that Sa'ka trainees have to go through. Trainees have to stay awake 4-7 days in a row. This week is known to be the phase at which a great deal of Sa'ka trainees get expelled from the force for inadequate endurance or fitness.
They also train how to benefit from and survive the environment as they learn to kill snakes, lizards and scorpions and to eat them alive.
They are the most underrated lethal stealth weapon. Warrior Ghosts.
Best special forces in Africa and Middleton east
20United States CIA Special Activities DivisionBest of the best from around the world. Check it out training is top secret.
It is hilarious and ridiculous that this is not #1
They conduct missions that other spec ops wouldn't be able to do because of political reasons.
They seem pretty good
21United States Marine Corps Force ReconnaissanceMy father was a Marine Corps Sniper in Vietnam. I wanted to follow in his footsteps but he told me no because they don't try to train you they try to kill you. The Marines are always the ones on the frontline during a war or conflict yet you dare to put them as 15th to the best? No wonder the moral of the true elite of the elite armed forces are so far down. No wonder there are so many American Veterans committing suicide. Our men & women are sacrificing their lives and/ or their sanity only to be told that they aren't good enough. The men & women who are blessed enough to come home to their families come with PTSD, DID, Depression, Lowered Moral and a sense of not being good enough. My father came home on Medical Discharge after he lost it after seeing two of his best friends heads blown off in Vietnam. He came home with Depression, DID, PTSD and Anxiety so bad that he would jump out of his skin if a door slammed around him. HOW DARE THE AMERICAN GOVERNMENT PUT THE MARINES WHO RISKS ..more
How you put suicide and Recon in the same writing is disgusting. You talk about your dad but were you in the Military? Were you in FR? If you weren't in Recon or FR then maybe you shouldn't speak at all, if you weren't in the Military maybe you should think twice about what your saying! What most of you have said is disrespectful. I know you may mean what you say in respect but it isn't. We do Not need a pat on the back, we do Not need recognition because we know what we have done and some still do. I know you Love your father, but before you go bringing up what you Yourself don't know about, please leave it to people that have had fun in these ranks.
Not only special operations group but member had to go thru regular infantry Marine Corps training.. Which is the toughest infantry training in the world.
If they are fifteen then you need to do away with that branch of the service, and get someone else to be the first to get their heads blown off, who ever rated this don't know what they are doing, there IDIOT'S
22German GSG 9Official sources say this is the number 1 hardest special force in the world.. just saying
Top 1 Anti-Terror unit, most prepared, all equipment, extremely low number of casualties, they always get things done.
They belong to the top 5
I agree top 5, these guys are bad ass and get the job done. Should definitely be rated higher than Rangers and or Green Berets.
23Pakistani Special Service Group NavyThey are one of the best special naval forces in the world much much then crap MARCOS
Being the best, I have never seen they winning any war.
One of the best force in the world for been very brave
Best Pakistani Special Service Group Navy
24Maroon Berets4 times repeatedly winner world special forces championship. Maroon Berets best of special forces on a world.
Their training is about 3.5 years. Every single member of them can hit the target from 200m. They took parachute training, commando training, martial arts training, guerilla war training, counter terrorism training, tactical operation training etc. However; their main mission is organise the people in case of war plus infiltrate the enemy camps and destroy the enemy troops to make the work easier for normal soldiers which are fighting in the front. But they are also very good in counter terrorism. They are very good in armed fight.
When Turkish army captured a terrorist guy they asked to him 'How do you understand when the private comming? ' terrorist responds as 'They shoots the all of their magazine on us.' Then they asked 'How do you understand a commando is coming? ' He responds as 'They shoots the half of their magazine on as but well-directed.' finally they asked 'How do you understand maroon beret guy is coming? ' He ..more
'Death is honorable. Fear and failure are not.'
The unit was created to counter any interior or foreign attacks on the Turkish Republic. MB officers receive extensive training and are expected to survive in all environmental conditions.
UNDOUBTEDLY, Turkish special forces is the best soldiers in the world. Turks know very well this job and they do. I thinks this capability, fight, is a gift from GOD to Turks. a gift given congenitally.
25French Naval CommandosFrance actually WON more wars than any other nation in the history.. this is what make the British and their cousins so angry and despising about it.
The French naval commandos train the seal team 6 and the guys of the commandos hubert spend the training of the seals regularly all this besides the fact are part of the operators feared the most on the ground
The commando training course of the French naval commandos (STAC) is THE most difficult stage of the world, all the units took it for model.
A very discreet but very effective SF unit. Training is among the hardests in the world, if not the hardest. Humility, determination and toughness is our way of life.
26Joint Task Force-2 (JTF2)These guys train with the best around the world, Seals, Israeli commandos and more. My father was career military, he said there was only four infantry units he would never want to face: SAS, Gurkha, Israeli commandos, and JTF2. I'm not saying that the seals and delta force are not good, they are, but they are trained by the Israeli and SAS. JTF2 works with all of these groups and Are comparable to the SAS in my opinion.
Understandably not placing as little is known about them, there are no reports of failed combat missions, only one reported death in a combat zone (which although not all details have been released, seems to not have been in any way related to the combat zone). Of course these statements are not necessarily the truth, that leads to perhaps the most terrifying detail of this unit, they are perhaps one of the most secretive organizations in the world (that we know of), and certainly the most secretive in Canada. Judging by statements from members of militarist across the planet that have trained or fought with them, they are a force to be reckoned with. Unlike many forces used domestically or in close-by countries frequently for CT or rescue missions, due to Canada's rarity of events requiring such an elite force, and due to Canada not being a part of the EU, and our only land-neighbor having more than enough organizations to deal with its own situations, JTF2 seems to almost ..more
If they weren't the beat..the US would not have chosen them to carry out sensitive crucial operations over their own SEALs and Delta..google operation Anaconda where Canadians made a hole for advancing US ground forces in Afghanistan..There is no argument that they are top 5 in the world, period..simply do your homework.they're the only foreign unit on the US Tier 1 Spec Ops..
These guys are much better than anything the Americans have to offer. Here are a few reasons why.
1. did you even know about them, no, because unlike the SEALs, these guys operate at the next level.
2. I am American, I have served if you had seen these guys work you would know we Americans got nothing on them.they are the elite.
I owe them my life. Do your research. Search hard and you will find that they do more and do it better than any American ever has.
I only have admiration for these amazing Canadian warriors.
Tough and succeeded somalia, liberation german hostiles in rwanda.
Very very hard
Some off the hardest trained man in the world compareble training program British SAS
Smal country very select group
According to the television program they physically and mentally prepare the soldiers during the 10 months of qualification course for the worste scenario’s
28Serbian Special BrigadeI'm serbian and I will tell you a bit about this. In Serbia we have 4 special force units. Two police ones and two army ones. The army special forces are the best. Among them there are the Special Brigade and the Cobras. The Cobras are the most well trained and badass of our special forces. It takes much hard and dedicated work to even be CONSIDERED to be given the opportunity to wear the black beret. Ask me questions in the comments if you have any!
Zandermerija is currently one of the best special forces in Europe.
That is quite an achievement.
Serbian Special Forces or Zandermerija is both very well trained unit and very well equipped unit.
They may not be as well trained as SAS, but they sure can do their job better than most countries Special Units.
A group of bada** members who are very heavily trained and very well equipped.
29Ghatak ForceIt is the special force basically have its roots of origin from Indian air force. Special trained for airborne operations.
The best in the world.
It's a special Indian force
Ghatak fore is strong forces in the world
30British Royal Marine CommandosYou think your fit until you Join Recruit Training for the Royal Marines, my god is training pure hell on earth, During my training I saw some of the fittest people I have ever met break down, cry, and leave, fitness alone won't get you through Commando training, you need the mental capacity to overcome adversity and then some more, with twice as much more added to that, true thinking mans Commando
Many US Marines couldn't hack the British Royal Marine commando course. Lots of American Marines who were sent to do our commando course have said there's is a walk in the park compared to ours. To all you guys out there who have earned your green beret you have my respect and make me proud to be British.
111 Trp. Tough boys and brotherhood/teamwork that fits all situations. Green berets are not easy to get. However, SAS are another league but no one recognises SBS as they are undercover and even most Brits have not heard of them as after the seige in London where the SAS was exposed, the SBS now use the SAS title as they do not want publicity but just to complete mission fact is that Royal Marines are top 10, SAS top 5 but SBS top 2. Seeing this table, it is just wrong. However, you guys should check out unit 777 and the Turks. Jesus are they tough. Out the 2 I would say unit 777 would wipe them out. They can even potentially join SBS in battle for top 2. Dangerous bunch.
As not technically special forces I would argue to say these guys should be higher up in the list. Not only the professionalism, humility and physical attributes that come with a Royal Marines Commando. They have to have the mentality to keep going until they physically can no longer take another step. That's just basic training.
31Philippine Scout RangersI don't know why the Scout Rangers isn't in the top 10
They are the worlds finest jungle experts that can track enemies even in the worlds deepest jungles
You'll never know who are they, as they are play beyond. Top Secret Missions in Jungle Warfare and intel.
One if not the best jungle warfare special forces in the world, special forces from other countries train with these guys when it comes to jungle warfare.
They are the best, even without the finest and advanced technology, they can catch you.
32Indian Parachute RegimentPara Commandos are a special forces unit of the Indian Army mandated with special operating missions such as Direct action, Hostage rescue, Counter-terrorist, Unconventional warfare, Special reconnaissance, Foreign Internal Defense, Personnel recovery, Asymmetric warfare, Counterproliferation are its primary tasks during hostility. Formed in 1966, the Para Commandos are the largest and most important part of the Special Forces of India. They are a part of the highly-trained Parachute Regiment of the Indian Army and, generally, all the Para-Commando personnel are selected from it. They are the crack force and help the main army to get in the enemy lines without much damage. The main aim of having a Parachute Regiment is for quick deployment of Soldiers behind the enemy lines to attack the enemy from behind and destroy their first line of defense. The Parachute Regiment, consisting of PARA (SF) and PARA (SF) Airborne battalions, is the elite volunteer force of the Indian Army. Because ..more
These forces has a quality that they shocked and confused their enemies by firing from all directions that's why they always got 100 percent success in their missions
All of you please know the work of the para commando (officer) and the paratroopers is very behind the enemy lines so their works get unknown the marcos have only one mvc but the parachute regiment have more than 10 param vir chakra and they are the best in jungle survival and jungle warfare they are too specialized in HALO & HAHO techniques than the MARCOS they are trained to the best in jungle warfare and desert warfare and unconventional warfare please notice that they have high quality weapons than MARCOS they are the best trained than seals and marcos and they can survive in any terrain
They are the the best out of bests in the world
the are well trained enough to strike any location in the world and can come back safely, killing the enemy who are having a greefy idealogy to capture the land of india which has a great history.
proud to be an indian
Come on now where do you get this bull statistic the Canadians are the top 10 best that's for sure there special forces are second to none the best special forces in the world there is a reason they are secretive that's why no one know how to rank them
The Canadian military has the best special forces because nearly ever part of the Canadian army is specialized, plus nobody know that nearly all American snipers are trained by Canadian snipers because Canada has the best snipers
Canada shows so much potential and they trained huge amount of spies for the British and the Americans. They prove them selves over and over again. But of course barely any of what they do get told to the outside world. During world war one they proved them selves and won huge battles and the spies Canada trained helped them so much in the second world war.
What the heck!? The Canadian special forces is like 2nd ranked. The reason that people don't rank them higher is because not that many people know about them, which makes them all the better. They have one of the most rigorous trainings in the world. Tell me when this website gets the facts straight.
34Sri Lankan Special Task ForceThought they lack the technology that most others have, these men have the heart, desire and the discipline to overcome any situation with the minimum of available resources that they are offered. So imagine if they can do so much with so little what would happen if they were to be equipped with more technologically advanced weapon systems, they would do things that others can only imagine. This is why the Sri Lankan Special Task Force (STF) is one of the best in the world.
Sri lankan version of the SWAT that destroyed one of the largest terrorist organizations on earth
They have defeated LTTE terrorism totally. And only nation Sri LanKa who terminate entire terrorism structure after end of 30 years of war.
Defeated the Most powerful terrorist organization (Tamil Eelaam Tigers - Even equipped with air crafts as well) in 2009. Killed the leader who controlled almost 1/3 of Sri Lanka. With minimum level of resources and international support.
35Nazi Waffen SSElite forces, driven with good technological advancements and reinforced with a will to fight and die for their country and cause, brews a deadly cocktail of a force. While not suicidal like the Japanese, they were most effective for trapping and eradicating an area within hours to minutes of receiving calls and orders.
The Waffen SS were the elite of the elite in Hitler's third reich.
Voting for them wont turn you to a nazi, they were Trained well and went through horrible orders
I don't care ideology I care the courage of the men in waffen ss
36Portuguese CommandosTheir recruitment is really hard, some die in the process, others give up, only the best can go through it. They can operate with extreme heat or extreme cold. They were created in the 1960’s, during the Portuguese colonial war. They are, in my opinion, the toughest warriors in the world.
Sad and though past in Angola. They were very effective in a cruel war.
Greatest of all. Have done some exercices with the american navy seals and the americans broke down. Great spirit, brave hearts!
They have a very hard physical and psychological training. They may not have the best weapons but they have proven to be very effective due to their tactical skills and toughness.
37Jordanian SOCOMThe special command are the Arabian secret weapon, only used in high critical situations
Chosen from the best and well trained well equipped and ready to die for the safety of Jordan
In real life situations, they have proven to be much better than many if the above units!
They are strong and calibers by nature, they have proven a high potential to calm down the what so called arab spring in many arab countries.
38Unit 777They have the hardest training plans in the world and they are the most well trained units in the world
Egypt First all the time
Egyptian soldiers are peaceful and do not attack anyone, yet, they train everyday of their lives. Hearts of steel and true men! People can vote for all they want but the most commercialised military unit will be voted the best because of its popularity. However, when it comes to single manpower, CQC, CQB, self defense, fitness, marksmanship, land, air and sea trained. Also, survival experts of the dessert.. Do your research because there is a more superior force in the Egyptian military which rank higher than unit 777 but I shall not reveal the identity. On Wikipedia, there is 3 lines written about the unit and that's all they got so I shall respect the classification and let you guys enjoy unit 777 as they are superior enough to be recognised as one of the elite!
They're not the best trained in the world as you can see the British and the Australian SAS belong to the Top Three. Egypt Unit 777 I believe is No.24 in the world. I have been studying the forces of the world for 17 years. Please do not go against me with saying they're the best because it is the country you live in or like!
39Portuguese RangersVery underrated compared to other elite/special forces. Very well trained.
Very well trained, tough and adaptive to many terrains and circumstances.
Just wonderful
The best
40United States Delta ForceWhy is there 2 Delta Force in this list?
Should be a lot higher
They should be in second since their selection process is from the British SAS not the navy seals
What the!? This is probably the 2nd best here!
41Irish Army Ranger WingOne of their most successful missions during this deployment was the rescue of a group of civilians captured by gunmen from renegade Liberian forces. Acting on intelligence, twenty heavily armed Rangers were dropped by helicopter at the town of Gbapa. To avoid casualties among the hostages, the Rangers implemented a policy of non-lethal intervention and, after surrounding a 40-foot container holding the 35 hostages, rescued them and captured the rebel commander. The incident, which resulted in no Irish casualties, boosted the reputation of the Irish defense Forces.
These guys are honestly trained till the vomit its in irish blood to fight and all these guys they have that blood
Don't know much about them but in 2003 they got 3rd place out of 22 other countries special forces in some competition thing
Currently deployed in Somalia, Syria, Lebanon, the Balkans, and training spec. forces in Africa, these guys are beasts. Trained to kill with their bear hands, and armed to the teeth, there is only about 200 of them. They don't train 'with' US Army Rangers, Delta force and the SAS, they train them!
42French GIGNGIGN trains most of the special forces (including SAS and Navy Seals) when it comes to special intervention. They probably are in the top 5, if not in the top 3 of special units in the world. And they for sure are one of the most successful and humble ever.
I'm pretty sure GIGN has lost more troops from training than missions
Very tactically sound. Have high success rate. Should be higher.
The GIGN is very successful and has freed over 600 hostages around the world since they were formed. They should actually be in the top 7 at least.
43Portuguese MarinesOne of the best special forces in the world, with a very hard physical and mental training. They had in the war in Africa and participated in various missions in countries that are in conflict.
Best of the best - lletra
44Danish Huntsmen CorpsSo secret that All we know is they have a huge mission record, but nobody knows Ho they are and the danish people dosn't even know how many soldiers there is.
The danish huntsmen corps has several times been the best special unit on NATO drills.
One of the best forces in the world. Highest ranked competitions. Beaten the record for the US Rangers by 2 danish Huntsmen. Huntsman no. 1 and the inventer of the corps, helped adjusting the SAS training courses.
Highest ranked in Nato competitions
45Malaysian PASKALI hope I can join this unit one day. Did they need an engineer in their team? I am electrical engineering students. I really want to join Paskal but somehow I am not sure if my knowledge in electrical engineering can benefit this unit? If someone really know about this unit, please share information about it to me. You can send a message to dangerclose4you@gmail.com. I really need to know about this unit. I am actually in dilemma whether to purse my dream and become Paskal commandos or choose to be an engineer when I have graduate my degree. If someone can help me to figure it out, you are welcome to do so. Advice from former Paskal member or active Paskal member is highly appreciate.
Last I heard they can even capture the pirate without killing them and the south korean marine commando are also trying to learn from this unit. It does give me a shock when a country such as south korean try to look for a new tactical from this small country.
Malaysian PASKAL have been trained very well and they are stand to die over the training session. They also have a good reputation during the black penetration testing operation. They also well in the Joined Force Operation.
Because they have very high tactical in jungle especially, they are very dangerous in technical, (about your opinion), you are wrong. they (all units from miliatry, police, etc) work together, that mean, all units can do 'attack and defenses' they have good cooperation in all situations.. and learn more from army job!, that means, Malaysian Paskal is very dangerous, and there other units from other country want to learn from them.. and we, Malaysia goverment don't need their units die.. they (armies) also have their own family, and children. the risk is still have, we don't need our army die because that small matter (2oo terrorist). so, better kill them, just finish quickly.. and I hope you don't compare Malaysia paskal with SAS.. they have their own abilities..
46Forsvarets SpesialkommandoIT is one of the super skilled spesial force and you need to be in very good condition to Even come in
Regarded as one of the top special forces in the world by William H. McRaven, United States naval admiral. He previous served as commander of Joint Special Operations Command. This unit has one of hardest military education in Norway, physically and mentally. Even to to be regarded as a candidate you must be in a very good shape. And after a minimum of two years training and service in the harsh condition of Norwegian nature well,well..
I know a person who is, and you only have to serve 10 months of obligatory service then you can apply to try out but they are quite good better then some groups ranked higher
Definitely the most well-rounded special forces in the world in terms of battleconditions. Arctic, jungle, desert and forest in all four seasons.
47Dutch Korps Commandotroepenthat is right I am dutch and I hope I can one day join those commando,s sory for my bad english .
You never hear from them, but they are incredibly strong and are the best Special Forces in France, Denmark and England and definitely deserve a place in the top 15.
Small country, small force. But a huge force to be reckoned with!
They are certainly not underequiped they have the same weapons as seal team six, and have one of the most modern equipment in the world. they also have a training of 16 months and a lot of combat experience
48United States Air Force Tactical Air Control PartyAbsolute units. These guys are amazing. Absolutely nothing happens in ant conflict until these guys are in place to monitor and control all is movement. We were truly the first in, last out. HALO to an LZ you hope is still green and get busy.
Fallout 4 eliza. High speed airborne
No question, these guys get more training than the Seals.
Some bad mofos
49Chinese Special ForcesThey win all competition no problem. Strong and fierce never estimate them.
They are the best!
Best in the world
It's strong and powerful, something that you won't want to mess with
It's the Chinese special forces!
A great protecter of Asia, fighting for there rights.
Took on the British sas, the us marines and French foreign legion.. Only lost one member
Serbia.. A tiny country, yet possessing one of the most decorated military histories in the world. I would not underestimate any branch of the Serbian special forces, with close ties to the Russian culture, they are like a specialized Spetsnaz.
Their training is combined from the west/east methods. Notably Americans, Russians, Jews! They would be put out into the wilderness for a week. Living off the land, only a canteen, clothes on there backs and condoms and a food ration.. After completion they are given psychological tests and blood tests regarding sugar levels, iron etc. If the food ration is eaten you automatically fail! If your psych, blood health levels are not to standard, you fail! Regardless how physically tough you might be. Then for those that passed, actual training begins your still not in it! This is just the parachute battalion I know was doing 1998 just before the kosovo war, imagine what the others do like SAJ, PTJ do!
The most brave spec force in the world. Well trained, brave, honorable. Has the best equipment Serbia has
